Your files stay private.Analytics is optional.
3D's Models does not require an account. Google Analytics remains off until you choose to allow it, and that choice does not affect access to the site.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and clicks that start a public Archive ZIP download. The page path is sent without query parameters or fragments.
Google Analytics may also process technical details such as your browser, device category, referring site, and approximate location. It uses first-party Analytics cookies, including cookies whose names begin with _ga.
What we do not measure
We do not use Google Signals, advertising personalization, User-ID, advertising audiences, or Google Tag Manager. We do not send Google the names or contents of files opened in a browser tool, model statistics, validation findings, or report contents.
Model Test Lab is still in development. When it becomes available, its files will be processed locally on your device.
Your choice
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. Select Cookie settings in the footer to allow or decline analytics at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future site events and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies.
Analytics event and user data is retained for 14 months. Google provides the Analytics service and processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Server logs
The hosting server may record the requested URL, request time, IP address, and browser user agent in security and access logs. These logs are used to operate the site, investigate errors, and identify missed legacy links. They are kept for no longer than 30 days and are not used for advertising.
